November 27, 2012 Run

This will be my last long run before my 5K! I am super excited!

Miles run: 2.97
Time: 31:42
Countdown to 5K: 4 days

 I am hoping to do the 5K in 33 minutes. I think that would put me at my top speed the whole way.
