So I am still down, My foot is still hurting and I can't put full weight on it. My Husband dusted off the bike and put air in the tires and I was on my way. I have no idea if this is even cross training?? I did feel a burn in my quads and tried to ride hard. Got a little tear in the eye when I rode past a runner....
