Call of the Canyon Sedona Arizona AZ Hike!

We decided to head up north to Sedona Arizona and hike the Call of the Canyon Trail. West Fork is the most popular hiking trail in the Coconino National Forest. And the scenery was amazing!

 Sedona Red Rock
It was a great time! A little off and on rain, the trail was a nice and level which made for a very easy hike. The trail was easy to follow and you must cross Oak Creek 13 times to get to the end of The West Fork of Oak Creek. We only hiked to cross number 10 because you will have to actually swim into the water toward the end.

It was the perfect time of year to hike in and see the amazing changing of the leaves, the running creek and the great weather!

Total miles hiked: 7.22 Miles
Time 3:29

I hiked in my new Teva Churn shoes:
They are a cross between hiking and water shoes. I was really worried about wearing them bare-feet but they worked out perfect! I was able to hike along the trail and then across the creek.
