I usually take Wednesdays off to rest, so I didn't run yesterday. I thought about running all day long and then slept terrible thinking about the run I missed! Maybe I will just do a short run instead of skipping altogether!
Since one of my kiddos just started cross country my time that I usually run is now in the middle of when she has to be picked up from school. I will be adjusting my running schedule over the next few days to find something that works for all of us.
