January 10, 2013 Run!
I had a horrible headache last night, I'm thinking maybe a migraine since it pretty much put me out of commission all night and today I dealt with a constant dull headache. Made the day super long! I really figured I would just take the night off and rest up. But of course once I got home, I could not justify a headache preventing me from running so off I went.
Everything went great, we are having a bizarre cold front here in Arizona so it was awesome to run in 63 degrees which is cold for here!
