January 7, 2013 My Fast Run!
Yippee! I was super excited to see my 9:39 minute miles today! Faster than my 5K Speed! (So exciting) Just a tad shorter run than usual but I felt like I could have run this speed with no problems.
For the last 2 1/2 weeks I have run the same route and today I hit the streets and it just felt great out there! I kept telling myself you are doing it!
