January 3, 2013 Running against the Wind!

Talk about running against the wind! It was so windy I wondered how I ran against the wind in one direction and when I turn around, I was still running against the wind! I felt like I was in slow motion, I kept looking at my feet to make sure I was actually moving!
My overall run was pretty good! I never thought I would be running 10 minute miles!
