So today was colder than normal 46 degrees, my ears were feeling it just a tad. Still LOVED every second of the run!
My hope is to slowly increase while maintaining a good speed.

January 12, 2013 My COLD run!
Arizona is in what they call an "Artic" freeze.... Coldest weather in decades. To us it is just the perfect weather and always say this is why we suffer thru the summer months.
So today was colder than normal 46 degrees, my ears were feeling it just a tad. Still LOVED every second of the run!
I am in training for an upcoming 8K trail run, so I will be slowly increasing my distance on the days that I have more time.
My hope is to slowly increase while maintaining a good speed.
